MATATIZO KATIKA SEHEMU ZA SIRI

 
Sehemu za siri ni zinazohusika na uzazi na mkojo kwa mwanaume na mwanamke. Kwa mwanaume, viungo vya uzazi vinatumika kwa malengo mawili. Kwanza ni utoaji wa mkojo na pili ni uzazi. Mwanamke katika sehemu zake za siri kuna sehemu ya kutolea mkojo na uzazi ambazo ni sehemu tofauti.

Matatizo kwa wanaume

Mwanamke pia anaweza kupatwa na tatizo la kutofika kilele cha tendo la ndoa, kutokwa na damu wakati wa tendo la ndoa, kutokwa na usaha ukeni. Hali nyingine ambayo pia inaweza kuathiri mwanamke ni kuhisi joto na ganzi sehemu za siri.

Uchunguzi
Uchunguzi wa tatizo hili hufanyika kutokana na  jinsi mgonjwa anavyojihisi na kujiona katika maumbile yake ya siri.
Vipimo vya mkojo, damu, HVS na vya kuangalia ukeni hufanyika. Kipimo cha HVS ni cha kupima majimaji ya ukeni ili kujua chanzo halisi cha tatizo.

Athari za matatizo kwa mwanamke
Matatizo katika sehemu za nje ya uzazi yanaweza kusambaa hadi katika viungo vya uzazi vya ndani. Maambukizi haya yanapokuwa ukeni husambaa hadi katika mlango wa uzazi ambapo mwanamke hulalamika kupata maumivu baada ya kumaliza tendo la ndoa.
